Refund Policy

By scheduling an appointment with All About Choices, LLC, you agree to pay All About Choices, LLC the fee indicated for the service that has been scheduled. Payments will be charged at the time of scheduling or at the time of service as indicated or directed.

Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to All About Choices, LLC or cancel a scheduled service. We try to be fair and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties. Services are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients.

When a service is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the wait list, or a client needing same day service.

Without a cancellation fee policy in place, your assigned professional will lose money or the opportunity to schedule another client if you late cancel or do not show up.

 

Our cancellation policy is this: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime if they provide 24 hours’ advanced notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full-service rate fee for that scheduled service. However, you may cancel an appointment without charge if it is cancelled within ten (10) minutes of being scheduled. MISSED APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. In the unusual event we are unable to provide our services to you because of our availability, a CREDIT or a REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. Credits or refunds will not be provided to clients who are unsatisfied with the services.

The full-service rate fee will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours advanced notice. This means that if an appointment is scheduled for 1:00 pm on a Wednesday, notice must be given by 1:00 pm on Tuesday at the latest.

 

You can cancel your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing your specific professional, coach, or instructor. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment time, it will be treated like a late cancellation., so you will be responsible for the full-service cost fee.

 

We reserve for you a full hour of our time for the service. If a client cancels with less than a full 24-hour notice it is unlikely that we will be able to fill that time slot, and we lose an entire hour from our work schedule.

While it is a time commitment, this is for your personal growth and consistency is key in order to achieve this.

Fee and Payment Notice

  • All payments should be made prior to availing All About Choices, LLC services
  • A service will not be confirmed until the payment is received by All About Choices, LLC
  • Upon your acceptance of the fee terms and submission of your service purchase, you hereby agree that All About Choices, LLC has the right to automatically charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees or charges, plus any applicable taxes that All About Choices is required to collect, and you authorize All About Choices, LLC to do so.

 

Same Day Services

  • In the event that you require that All About Choices, LLC provide a service the same day of your creation of an appointment with All About Choices, LLC, as an (“ASAP Appointment”), you agree to pay All About Choices, LLC an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the expedited provision of services (the “ASAP Fee”). In the event that All About Choices, LLC is not able to provide the selected service the same day of your creation of an ASAP Appointment, the ASAP Fee will be refunded.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy: ALL requested services refunds will be honored for cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to the start of service*.  However, payments made via Credit Card or PayPal have certain fees associated with them, some of which are non-recoupable and are therefore non-refundable by All About Choices, LLC. Therefore, to receive a service full refund for a payment made by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund must be requested no less than 24 hours, from the original purchase date of the service(s) date included in payment. Please contact our office at 678-889-0701 via telephone or email us at coachjoe@allaboutchoicesllc.com. No refund will be given to late cancellations after 24 hours prior to service(s) or missed appointments.

 

Chargebacks

  • If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit card processor), plus any outstanding balances accrued because of the chargeback must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Please contact usat 678-889-0701 to address any billing issues.
  • Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
  • All About Choices, LLC reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
  • If you do not communicate with All About Choices for a period of 48 hours during any part of the requested service process, All About Choices, LLC will honor its commitment to finish the requested service but there will be no refund of any fees.

 

There are no refunds on any completed work!
